“Love is a fruit in season at all times, and within reach of every hand.” – Mother Teresa

One of my favorite quotes!! Love for your family, significant other, pets, animals, those around us, and most important love for yourself. When we spread love to others and ourself included, it brings more happiness, more kindness, more smiles. more joy, more compassion, more understanding, and much more meaning to our lives. Giving it a little sweetness is healthy for the mind, body, and soul. It is abundant and available to anyone who chooses to take it. When we change our mindset to make this a priority, to love others more, it completely changes our outlook and our view of other people . Sometimes it may be very hard to love others who have hurt us but sometimes it’s also very good if we try to see past that, to try forgiveness. Not for them, but for us. When we forgive the unforgivable, we allow ourselves to  be happy again. Loving ourselves enough to know that we deserve the best this world has to offer and to have that peace of mind. We don’t get to choose what happens to us or the cards  that we are dealt, but for sure we have a choice to embrace what’s really important and what will yield the greatest positive force in our lives. For us and for all of those around us. Love.

This photo was taken at a local apple orchard farm. It was one of the biggest fruit farms I have seen in a while with so many different kinds of fruits. One of the many perks of living near farms, fresh produce and fruits all the time!
