“Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet.” – Jean-Jacques Rousseau

What a cloudy day it was! But luckily no rain.  We got to see Seneca Lake in upstate New York and it has so many vineyards! Within the stretch of the lake there were over 40 vineyards on that one side alone! Too many to chose from.  One of my recent trips there helped me learn to appreciate  the process of making wine a little more. From slowly growing the grapes to producing the wine. Definitely a lot of patience involved to get the final product and to seeing it completed.

The fruit of our patience made the waiting worth it.
